En mayo de 2019,\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.njleg.state.nj.us\/2018\/Bills\/A9999\/5246_I1.PDF\" target=\"_blank\">Proyecto de ley 5246 de la Asamblea<\/a>\u00a0fue remitido al Comit\u00e9 Laboral de la Asamblea y:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Notificar a los trabajadores temporales sobre la tarifa de facturaci\u00f3n de la agencia por su trabajo;<\/li><li>Proporcionar aviso por escrito a los trabajadores temporales con detalles sobre su trabajo, salario, horario y requisitos de seguridad;<\/li><li>Establece un salario m\u00ednimo de 4 horas por cada tarea diaria<\/li><li>Eliminar los honorarios de agencia por transporte, cambio de cheques, informes de cr\u00e9dito o pruebas de drogas de cualquier tipo;<\/li><li>Limitar las tarifas de no competencia y de conversi\u00f3n antes de los 60 d\u00edas;<\/li><li>Eliminar las tarifas de no competencia y de conversi\u00f3n despu\u00e9s de 60 d\u00edas;<\/li><li>Realice un seguimiento de las conversiones de temporal a permanente en cada agencia;<\/li><li>Realizar un seguimiento de la informaci\u00f3n demogr\u00e1fica de los trabajadores temporales y de los solicitantes de empleo para controlar la discriminaci\u00f3n; y<\/li><li>Proteger a los trabajadores temporales de represalias por ejercer sus derechos.\u00a0<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si tiene alguna pregunta sobre c\u00f3mo este proyecto de ley puede afectar su negocio, ll\u00e1menos para programar una consulta gratuita con un abogado con experiencia y conocimientos. <\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La legislatura del estado de Nueva Jersey ahora est\u00e1 considerando reformas importantes para los trabajadores de agencias temporales.
